⚔️ The Morrigan

Colum Eastwood delivers "The Morrigan," a dark fantasy adventure inspired by Celtic lore. Saffron Burrows, Emily Flain, and James Cosmo star in the movie about an archaeologist who uncovers a long-dead tomb in Ireland, releasing a vengeful Pagan War Goddess, "The Morrigan."

It expands on Eastwood's 2015 short film and is easily February's most anticipated fantasy adventure. You may have watched "47 Ronin" (2013) and "Black Medicine" (2021), directed by Eastwood.

If you enjoy Celtic folklore and epic films, this is one you should watch.

All "Dracula" fans assemble! February 2026 gave us a new take on Bram Stoker's classic novel. Luc Besson, known for "The Fifth Element" (1997) and "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets" (2017), directed the gothic horror movie starring Caleb Landry Jones as the charming Count Dracula. 

The premise centers on a tragic romance, just like the source, with the 15th-century count renouncing God after his wife (Zoë Bleu) is murdered and reincarnating as an immortal warlord.

The moody aesthetics, reminiscent of what we know Besson for, add to the classic adaptation, making it a movie you should watch on the big screen. 

🎂 The President's Cake

The historical drama tells the story of a young, determined girl on a mission to bake her president a cake. Despite the country facing economic hardship and political tension, she holds steadfast to her imagination.

Hasan Hadi helms the movie, which taps into our humanity, and it's one of the reasons it became Iraq's first Academy Awards entry.

The film stars Waheeda Thabet and Baneen Ahmed, who helped make it award-worthy cinema.

Want an animated sports film to watch with the kids? "GOAT" tells the story of Will (Caleb McLaughlin), who dreams of dominating in the field of "roarball."

Only intimidating animals attempt the high-octane sport, but that won't stop Will, a literal goat, from giving it a shot. Legendary sports icon Stephen Curry was the producer, and Tyree Dillihay directed the movie.

A star-studded voice cast, including Gabrielle Union, Nicola Coughlan, and David Harbour, helped add it to the best family movies of 2026 and must-watch films for all ages lists.

😱 The Strangers - Chapter 3
