Here is Where Our Favorite Hollywood A-Listers Retreat to After a Hard Day's Work

Daydreaming about the perfect home is something that most of us often do. Your ideal pad could be a beachfront glass-walled villa, a modernized rustic stone cottage, or a Pinterest-worthy townhouse.

Whatever the case, the dream of owning a luxury home might seem far off, but it is a reality for many of our beloved Hollywood stars. We find celebrity mansions fascinating because of their high price tags, impeccable design details, and diversity.

In summary, Hollywood real estate is all about embracing architectural fantasies, status symbols, and privacy. 2026 is promoting eco-luxury and wellness architecture, and some of these A-listers live in spectacular abodes that tick all the boxes.

Brad Pitt - Spanish-style Estate ($12 Million)

Brad Pitt's three-decade-long career has earned him Oscar wins and a high net worth. Along with it comes the luxury of purchasing lavish residences, like his Outpost Estates Spanish-style home. The "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" (2019) star purchased his latest property between 2025 and 2026 for $12 million.

The fine piece of architecture formerly belonged to The Killers' lead guitarist, Dave Keuning. Oozing old Hollywood charm, the house features modern-era touches, a double-height foyer, a second-story terrace, and brick motor courts. Pitt reportedly chose the home, given its updated security features, after an incident with intruders at a former residence.

Pitt has an impressive real estate portfolio. His additional homes include a $40 million Carmel-by-the-Sea "clifftop" castle and his famous Château Miraval, attached to an award-winning vineyard, in the South of France.

Robert Downey Jr. -Windmill House ($10.5 Million)

"Iron Man" (2008) lives up to the expected eccentricity off-screen, with Robert Downey Jr., the man behind the character, residing in a standout property. The Academy Award winner lives in a windmill house.

The former folly structure dates to the late 19th century and resembles an East Hampton windmill. Its whimsical design shouldn't fool you: the property is a luxurious, art-filled residence with a library and offices.

Sitting on four acres, the grounds include a tennis court, a 50-foot pool, and a two-bedroom guest house. Downey Jr. is also the proud owner of a dome-shaped Malibu house and several other properties around the Los Angeles area.

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt - The Standish Penthouse ($11 Million)

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are a Hollywood powerhouse couple who have famously collaborated on the "A Quiet Place" films. Married since 2010, the couple resides in a Brooklyn Heights penthouse.

The unit is housed within The Standish, a former luxurious hotel converted into a residential complex. The building is a celebrity magnet, and the couple reportedly took up two units and combined them to create their paparazzi-proof sanctuary.

They enjoy views of the Manhattan skyline and several amenities. The couple can also access a 24-hour concierge service, a children's playroom, and a state-of-the-art gym.

Ryan Gosling - 1920s Hollywood Hills Retreat ($8 Million)

"The All-New Mickey Mouse Club" is one of the productions that introduced us to Ryan Gosling. He soon became a leading man, producer, and accomplished musician. Gosling retreats to a 1920s-era Hollywood Hills mansion when he's not busy filming the next silver screen gem.

Blending old-world charm with modern living, the home’s kitchen has the essence of a retro time capsule. The property also includes Japanese gardens and a chicken coop, providing the farm-to-table touch.

Gosling, his partner Eva Mendes, and their two daughters find it to be the ideal cozy home. The couple reportedly owns a low-profile home in Canada, Gosling's native country. They have been spotted house-hunting in the Austrian bush.

Mark Wahlberg - Summerlin Modern Masterpiece ($14.5 Million)

Starring in movies like "Transformers" (2007)  and "The Departed" (2006) earned Mark Wahlberg his A-list status. Add his business empire, and he is one of the wealthiest stars on this list. His piece of sanctuary in Summerlin's The Summit Club is one of his prized possessions.

Wahlberg moved to the ultra-exclusive abode after offloading his home in Las Vegas, Nevada, for $55 million. With a focus on indoor-outdoor living, the residence features glass walls that provide views of the surrounding desert landscape.

Wahlberg also owns properties in Idaho and a massive plot of land in Vegas, with plans to build an even larger compound on it.

Jessie Buckley - Artistic East London Flat ($2.5 Million)

If you haven't seen "The Bride!" (2026) yet, you're in for a delightful trip! Jessie Buckley tops off her already lengthy list of big-screen credits since delivering an outstanding performance in "Chernobyl" (2019).

After a hard day's work, the Irish star takes shelter behind the walls of a stylish East London apartment. The Victorian-era unit has floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, massive sash windows, and vintage instruments.

Based on similar properties around the Hackney area, the estimated price tag is $2.5 million. When she isn't filming, Buckley spends a significant amount of time in Ireland, and rumor has it that she is shopping for a cottage in County Kerry.

Michael B. Jordan - Modern Encino Farmhouse ($3 Million)

Michael B. Jordan has a massive collection of big-screen credits, but he made a lasting impression in "Black Panther" (2018) and "Creed II" (2018). He is also the face of brands like Ralph Lauren and Coach. When it comes to resting his weary head, a 12,300-square-foot Encino farmhouse offers him shelter.

Epitomizing New Hollywood luxury, the residence features a state-of-the-art theater, a 1,400-bottle wine cellar, and a massive car garage accommodating his $1 million automobile collection.

DiCaprio maintains a Hollywood Hills mansion as his primary residence. The Bird Streets mega-estate overlooks the famous Sunset Strip and offers him total privacy. The fortress of luxury reportedly features a private screening room, multiple pools, and solar panels.

The "Killers of the Flower Moon" star also owns several Malibu beachfront properties, a mid-century Palm Springs gem, and a private island in Belize dubbed Blackadore Caye.

Tom Holland and Zendaya - Richmond Manor ($4 Million)

Hollywood sweethearts Tom Holland and Zendaya established their roots in London, Tom's hometown, by purchasing a six-bedroom home. The couple bought the historic abode in Southwest London for a reported $5.7 million AUD ($4 million USD).

Richmond Park and Tom's family are conveniently close to the residence. The pair reportedly settled for the lovely estate to enjoy a more "regular" life away from Tinseltown.

Holland also owns a flat in London, while Zendaya proudly claims a Los Angeles address.

Her exuberant Tudor Revival abode has a remarkable blue marble kitchen, a pool, a spa, and a home gym. It was her childhood home, and according to HELLO! magazine, she purchased it back in 2005.

Hudson expanded the compound in 2011 by buying the adjacent 5-bedroom house for $5.3 million.

Chris Hemsworth - Byron Bay Megamansion Masterpiece ($30 Million+)

Aussie actor Chris Hemsworth has embodied several memorable characters, but to many, he will forever be "Thor." Away from the blinding lights of Tinseltown, he lives in Byron Bay.

Described as a private resort called "The Fortress," the compound has a personal gym and a rooftop infinity pool. Embracing eco-luxury, the home is solar-powered and structured to harvest rainwater.

Alongside his wife, Elsa Pataky, Hemsworth has several other properties in Byron Bay, including a house they purchased for $4.5 million to accommodate extended family and guests.

Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale - Pink Townhouse ($2.5 Million)

When he needs to escape Brooklyn, Hawke goes to his 90-acre estate in Nova Scotia. He purchased the private Canadian island in 2002, giving him a low profile when vacationing.

Pedro Pascal - Venice Beach Bungalow ($2.8 Million)

The "Mandalorian" (2019-2023) star resides in a stylish Venice Beach bungalow. It's a $3 million property with a private courtyard and a minimalist kitchen.

Pascal also maintains a New York pied-à-terre and travels extensively, filming different productions.

Christian Bale - Brentwood and California Estates ($10 Million+)

Bale lives in a spacious Brentwood abode valued at $10 million. The ranch-style property offers seclusion for his family, including his wife, Sibi, and their two children.

Lawrence previously occupied upscale homes in New York City and Los Angeles.
